“Pros: Outstanding ocean and beach view from the back porch and out the sliding glass doors of the unit. Top floor corner beach front unit is as good as it gets in the complex. Complex landscaping and unit spacing were nice and had a botanical garden feel. It was very handy to be right on the walking/bike path along the beach that runs up and down the coast. The short walk to Coconut Marketplace offered shopping, restaurants, grocery, shave ice, coffee and more just one minute away. Air……

“The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used……

“Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon. ”
