“This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Islander on the beach in the Hawaii building. It has a view of the water but not direct on the boardwalk so it’s much more private. Being on the 3rd floor you can leave the slider door open and hear the ocean. This unit was great with having the extra table holding the microwave it gave you more counter space by the sink. The refrigerator was big enough to hold our snacking foods but we ate dinners out. We didn’t use the bbq’s near the pool. Safeway is only a……

“No matter it’s Kaua’i and it’s amazing. I felt the check in process was easy. Contact with management was great. Property staff weren’t as pleasant as I remember in the past. The room is in need of an update but for the price I get it. Back door slider doesn’t lock as the HVAC unit doesn’t work and they’re using a portable AC unit with hose. I felt safe so didn’t make a fuss but if that’s important to you know the unit is not secure at this time. I’d not recommend long stays as you don’t get……

“The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used……

“Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. ”
