Great property for our 5-day stay in Lima. Our rooms on the 4th floor had hardwood floors and were clean, smelled normal, and had very comfortable beds. Shower was great, amenities were solid. Overall we had a great stay!

The room was large and clean and the staff was friendly. I booked this primarily because it was stated on the Expedia site that self-serve laundry was available. It was not. I don't know if that mistake is the hotel's or Expedia's. No filtered water was available that I was made aware of, and I specifically asked about drinking the water, which was a no. There were 2 small bottles of water in the bathroom.

The view. The amenties. The customer service. All 5 stars. Just the room, the heat wasnt working. The unit seemed to blow only cool air We didnt tell them though. It was fine when we turned off the unit. I know they would fixed the issue or gave us a different room if mentioned it. Considering everything Id definitely stay here again.
