Front desk staff was very helpful.

Hot water broken. Closet doors didn’t open and close. Changed rooms. Also has similar problem. Jacuzzi tub wouldn’t fill properly. No drain plugs. Hallway carpets dirty. Desk table in room wobbly , severely. Sofa bed dirty, no sheets , and cushions didn’t fit right ….we had already changed rooms. This was the new room. Parking a disaster, garage not connected internally. Fifty percent of staff excellent , first percent either ride or disinterested in customer service. NEVER staying there again. Literally a shoot out on the streets on 4th of July.

We had a great stay it was very quiet and clean

I requested hotels that allowed dogs as we have a rescue. The location indicated " Dog friendly" ..we called and asked and were told dogs are welcome, so we made the reservation. What we weren't told is that there would be a fee. Having used Expedia MANY times before, we were disappointed to find out that While dogs are welcome, they are welcome AFTER Expedia has gotten their money and now you'll face a 40.00$ fee for your pooch. It would be far more forthcoming if their website indicated dogs welcome " FOR A FEE". The manager was in a tough position because he had to toe the company line. The funny part of that was he had his own dog behind the counter. We requested a refund to move to a hotel down the road {which we had also considered and allowed dogs as well],but Expedia refused. We ended up giving them the pet fee but felt duped by Expedia. The dog fee should be up front knowledge and not to be found in the " terms and conditions" [ that no one reads]. We will not be using Expedia again.
