Lovely room. Gave us an upgrade to 15th floor as it was my birthday . It really is the best time of year to visit. Room was huge and had everything you would need. All the staff were so friendly and smiling

Good hardware, bad software.
I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not ...
