The vent in the bathroom was falling ff of the ceiling and dirty. The fire alarm in the room was falling off of the wall. The check in was awkward because I got in really late after a shift at my job (230am). I tried to call earlier in the day to let them know how late I would be and no one would talk when I called the front desk. When I got there I had to search around to find someone. The room was clean enough when I got there which was good. The WiFi doesn’t work at all so none of the streaming apps on the TV work. It does still have live channels. In the morning for breakfast, I was the first person there which was 5 minutes after breakfast was supposed to “start” and there was still nothing out and the lights were off. I waited around with another couple and the guy who was putting the food out seemed annoyed that we were there. Overall, if you’re just looking for a place to crash, it serves its purpose. I rang the bell several times. After about 15 min, I had to call the hotel to get him up there. The room was clean, however, there were bed bugs!! The website said there was a hot tub, but there wasn't and the pool was drained and shut down. Website also showed pics of breakfast, but it was not the same hot breakfast. When we checked out, there was a big icy patch in the front of the main entrance, and no salt down. The front desk clerk was on his phone the whole time and didn't seem to care if anyone slipped and fell or not.
