If I could attach photos, I would. Upon entering the entire room smelled like a locker room. There were crumbs on the dresser & desk. Every sheet on the bed was stained, as was the mattress itself. After asking for the linens to be changed, I was given a comforter and a sheet - but was told I could change it myself. Wanting to take a shower to wash off the terrible nights sleep we got, ON TOP, of the blankets, but discovered mildew and several stains in the shower, that could have been removed with a small scrub. There was never anyone at the front desk, you always had to call, regardless of time, to locate someone. At breakfast time, while people were eating, an employee was spraying an ungodly amount of febreeze in the same space in which people were actively eating. The location itself felt unsafe, with people outside blaring music and screaming and honking their car horns, well past 4 AM. I will never stay at ANY quality inn ever again - thank you for nothing.

They had a napkin shoved in the smoke alarm so there wasn’t anything else there and strewed a board so you couldn’t open the windows! That is a safety violation!!! The room was dirty and holes in the walls very poorly taken care of!

Seems like it’s an old place and because they allowed pets, the room was stinky. Breakfast was the same no variety- cereals and coffee. Only one receptionist who was not stable at the desk. Overall just saw one employee the receptionist who acted as everything, cook, cleaner, everything. Will not recommend to families.

Walked into our 1st room and the sheets literally had mud on them, we changed rooms. The top sheet had a burn hole in it. The shower head was "crusty" and rusted. The bathroom floor was sticky. The fire detection devise had been removed, of the 2 mirrors, one was smudged with finger prints and the other looked like I was looking into a fog bank. The grounds outside of our room looked like a dumping ground that was filled with trash. I am a Type II Diabetic and the breakfast choices were inedible for me except an orange and an apple. The coffee was like mud. This place is a disaster.

The staff was dull with no conversation. The peep hole on our room was hanging down with black tape over the hole. Then one of the beds sheet was wet with hair on it so they came and changed the sheets. The beds were like spring on a rock and we couldn’t get the temperature in the room to regulate. It was either way too hot or way too cold. The TV remote didn’t work either. Needless to say I will not be staying at another Quality Inn.

7.4 rating on Expedia? How is that possible? The entire facility smelled like “old” chlorine from the pool/hot tub area. I went to the hot tub. The water was murky. There were three steps down to enter the hot tub. The water was so cloudy I could not see my feet after stepping below the first step into the tub. Area around the pool/tub was generally dirty. One vent was missing from the ceiling. Could see the rafters and roof. Other ceiling vents were rusty and dirty. Carpet is old and smells bad. I wore white socks one evening in my room. The soles were black from dirt on the floor. I certainly wouldn’t let a child or infant play on the floor. I did not expect a handicap accessible room but the bathroom door was so narrow my wife’s regular adult wheelchair wouldn’t go through it. She had to use the men’s restroom in the common area of the facility. The women’s restroom was locked and no one would unlock it. “She can just use the men’s.” There were no paper towels in that bathroom so had to bring a towel from my room so she could wash. Handset cord on the room phone was broken. It wouldn’t attach or work. TV remote wouldn’t work but they did give me a replacement. I was in and out of the entrance maybe 12 times. I saw someone at the desk only twice. You had to use the courtesy phone or yell to get assistance. I was able to get some toothpaste from the staff. It looked like it had been years since the landscape was tended to.

Rates are too much for the less than "Quality". Ergonomic, hardly. Clean the outdoors and get rid of the bugs. Staff is amazing though and very helpful and understanding.
