We travelled as a family of four (with two littles) in August 2026, and stayed 3 nights at the House on Pink Street and all I can say is I wish we stayed longer. As a partner hotel to Corpo Santo Historical Hotel just down the street, I can’t say enough good things about either of these establishments. Communication leading up to and during our stay was top rate, responsive, and thoughtful. We stayed in the large top floor suite which exceeded our expectations and the photos. It was clean, large, well laid out, and anything that wasn’t immediately available (our steamer wasn’t working) was quickly and readily supplied. The hotel arranged our airport pickup, and was quick to provide suggestions, daily treats, and thoughtful care. As others have pointed out- a special shout out to Joana at reception who could not have been a better host. 5/5, top marks all around. Perfect for travelling as a family!

Amazing and unique place to stay! Wouldn’t have expected it based on the outside of the building. We almost couldn’t find it because we had to go down a road where cars can’t go and then walked right past it in the small alley where it is located. The sign wasn’t obvious. Check-in was great. We had to ring the doorbell since it was after hours. We panicked because the sign on the door said they were closed. Included breakfast was lovely. We ordered custom-made eggs, tea and coffee. The rest was buffet style. My son asked for chocolate milk both mornings and got hot chocolate, so that must be their interpretation. It was good though! Rooms are very modern and clean. There is no shower door or curtain so I’m not sure if our floor wasn’t sloped like it should have been, but our floor got Drenched even when moving the angled shower head. I accidentally turned on the stove twice and didn’t realize it when reaching to use the plugs by the stove. I didn’t know how to turn it off, so my husband played around with it until it turned off. I told the front desk to double check to be safe! Their Airport car service is ~35€ but comes to their door. You get one free bottle of water a day (serves more than one person). We received a lovely welcome message, free wine and chocolates. Great location and close to many restaurants and things to do. Would definitely recommend! Wonderful, friendly staff. Very helpful. Had to borrow their phone to call my previous hotel.

Everything was top notch. The service, the location, the room, the view and the amenities. If I visit Lisbon again I stay here again… and again :)

Everything was amazing. I spent a premium because it was my 30th anniversary trip. I think for that kind of money breakfast should be included. But other than that, everything was amazing. And very centrally located. Five stars in my book.
