The staff were friendly, and overall, we had a good experience. We were traveling by bike and arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, so we asked if an early check-in might be possible. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in early and were asked to come back at 3:30. We had stayed at a few other hotels during our bike trip where, when rooms were available, the staff were able to accommodate an earlier check-in. Of course, we understand that early check-in depends on availability, but it would have been nice if they could have checked to see whether our room was ready. Other than that, everything was good, and we appreciated the friendly staff.

The staff were excellent , very polite and helpful The room was very large and comfortable . My only criticism was the AC , not able to cool the room although they were kind enough to provide a portable fan The breakfast was very good , the Bakery next door was handy and a few eating places nearby The bus stop is only 1 minute away and a 10 min walk to a swim park where you can swim in the lake or use the outdoor pools for 6 Euro

I like to stay in this hotel when I was in Lindau. This time I spent 3 nights there. The room is very spacious and comfortable. However, the disappointment thing was the shower. Sometime the water temperature is super hot and sometime is super cold. I needed to turn on and turn off the water in every 10 seconds. Unstable water temperature made the shower experience very bad. The rest is good.

Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. No issues. The hotel is abit remote if you like walking and exploring around, it is located almost in an industrial estate, there is a large McDonalds nearby.
