"A big regret in Hangzhou on this trip was deciding to stay in Hampton by Hilton in Future Technology City. It began at check in when I tried to pay at the reception desk and 2 of my cards bounced and were subsequently locked. "Excellent location, 70 metres from Metro station which takes you to the airport or any main train station. Hotel room is super modern. Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard. "
