“Shower head doesn’t reach the wall bracket and the AC unit in the room is that close to the ceiling that it doesn’t cool the room ”

It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. “1 night stay for my parents as a gift to my father’s 90th birthday. Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am.
