No Assistnace with luggage with winding stone stairways. No concierge from 10pm- 12 am. No one at 6am at reception to receive keys. Requested lunch box or breakfast bag for pickup which was not there. Taxi stand is far away from property to walk with luggage. Excellent though as close to water and food is ok. Sea bass was good. Waiters are helpful. English is not spoken well. View is great. Shopping streets are good.

Please fix the leak from shower. Leaks in the bathroom and hallway carpet. Smells mold. Replace the entrance carpet just 2-3 m. Smells bad. And spray heavily for mold. It’s a great hotel otherwise and great staff. I loved it. Thank you.

We had such a wonderful stay at Porto Palace in Tivat! A special thank you to Dušan, who was absolutely spectacular every time we dined at NAPA Restaurant for breakfast. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional, and always made us feel so well taken care of. His wonderful service truly stood out and made our mornings extra special. Thank you, Dušan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
To note- the front desk staff were incredibly attentive, helping us book a boat tour. The gentleman shuttling us to and from the beach club was also very friendly and polite.
