Very disappointing visit, usually great.
We have stayed at Montecarmo 12 many times and recommend it to many people. It has always been wonderful however we stayed last night and it was not great. It is a very small hotel. About 10 rooms. Last night I think we may have been the only guests as we went to breakfast and the kitchen and dining room were closed Wagner, the chef came to our rescue and put together a small breakfast for us. He was lovely but did not know there were any guests. We had a small, quick breakfast, not the lovely, relaxed breakfast we always enjoy at Montecarmo. Without Wagner help, we would have left very unimpressed huge praise to Wagner. We got a call from management while eating breakfast that they would not be serving breakfast today and they would refund our breakfast cost. Very unprofessional.

We had a short but delightful stay. The room was bright, modern, and had every amenity we could want. The staff was helpful with recommendations about anything we asked about. The breakfasts were freshly prepared per our order and excellent. Breakfast service can be a bit slow at times, but who cares, we’re on vacation!

Séjour très agréable dans un établissement neuf . La chambre est spacieuse, avec une décoration zen et épurée. La salle de bain est splendide avec douche,baignoire et double lavabo en matériau noble (produits de toilette éco-responsables). Literie très confortable Le top de l'hôtel est le petit déjeuner choisi la veille et préparé sous nos yeux avec des produits frais et faits maison par un cuisinier excellent et très sympathique. Personnel à l'écoute et avenant. La situation est idéale proche du parc principe Real , transports en commun . Quartier très calme.. Seul petit souci est le manque de rangement dans la chambre Le français n'est pas parlé dans l'établissement, on peut se faire comprendre en anglais...
