“The property was lovely with nice kitchen and 2 en-suites , however some improvements could make a massive difference, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for 4 people, the sofa was lovely but too much of a squeeze for 4, the lounge needs another comfy armchair not the desk chair that was there, the outside space was well over grown and not kept tidy, the bushes are well overgrown making the outside space tiny, there is also a well overgrown bush overhanging the front door , the location of……

Make sure to make note of your check-in instructions (code to the lock box for the key) before you arrive as cell service is very spotty and no access to wifi until you enter the unit.
