Lovely, homely country pub, with a perfect blend of traditional looking rooms, with plenty of modern furnishings and a luxury feel. Staff were all extremely friendly, from Amy helping with our booking to the serving staff behind the bar and in the morning - everyone was helpful, cheery and friendly. The bonus of continental breakfast included was a lovely touch, including pastries, toasts, ham, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, granola and fruit. Would absolutely recommend and happily stay here again.

We recently spent four nights at the Lamb inn and the experience was wonderful. The accommodation, food and service was excellent as was the welcome and atmosphere. This is a wonderful location for a quiet relaxing break that is set in wonderful countryside a d which is excellent for walking and exploring.

I almost do not want to review this place because I consider it my American little secret. Great Rissington is a gem close to everything but completely removed - with southern facing views to die for, and a five minute drive to Bourton / ten to Slaughters. Perfect location but beyond that this quaint lil hotel and restaurant is simply what you expect if you are Cameron Diaz in the Holiday. The ceilings are low if you are tall, but for a short person it is perfection in plaid and rich wood. The staff is lovely, the rooms are cozy and clean, and there is something about the way the birds chirp here in the morning that is unlike anyplace I have ever been. Bravo, Lamb Inn! Fantastic place to stay.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, wonderful location and lovely space to stay. We had a pet friendly room which was modern, clean and very comfortable. Our dog was also made ti feel welcome. We had a great meal in the bar restaurant and it was a great atmosphere, a home from home being waited on by friendly staff. We will definitely book to stay there again!! Thank you for a winderful stay.
