I was arrived to hotel to check-in around 1 pm which was about 2 hrs, however the front desk didn't let me to check in cause it was early, however it was a low season and hotel was so much quiet enough though .
I do recognize their policy for checking time, however front desk lady was lied that the room was already in process of cleaning by room service (which was nothing but a big tricky lie)
