This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel. It's new and the decor is beautiful. However, the attention to detail is very bad. The lobby of the hotel was not dusted or vacuumed. The floor in the elevator never got mopped the entire time we were there. It was filthy. We used the guest laundry and the floor had not been swept or mopped for weeks. In our room, the middle of the floor was clean but the sides of the bathroom vanity were covered in dust bunnies and old towels. Management needs to have better housekeeping.

Property was very clean and quiet. Hot breakfast and nice staff.

We stayed here on 4th of July and they had 1 staff member on site during the evenings. This meant no towels at the pools, no one answering calls at front desk, and no service outside of checking in. We couldn’t even get extra towels or toilet paper. Was baffling to see in their back room 5 industrial bins full of unclean towels. Positives was breakfast was great and breakfast attendant was great! Pool was good. Open space in lobby was great for playing games. Not sure if I would stay there again for the cost and experience we had.
