"Amazing place"

"Spectacular location."

"This is a beautiful hotel tucked away in a little river. We loved Liesel, the hostess. She helped us with check-in because you do need to park at Ram Marina and get a boat ride to arrive at the hotel. The restaurant was delicious and we loved our stay."

"The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great."

"Property was amazing and beautiful!! We loved it so much and it was better than the pictures, the pictures don’t do it justice. Find the gate on land was difficult but they were very responsive and helpful, it was a short delay and small inconvenience. It wasn’t that bad, just something to be made aware for other travelers, I can’t stress enough on how amazing it was!! "

"Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable."

"The property has some unfinish parts, there was a liking on the laundry room, some of the floor was unfinish next to the pool main prolerty can't hold more than 6 people and the additional room can't hold 4 people. The property location is not realy that great."

"We visit Guatemala frequently and have been using VRBO rentals for years. This year was no different with our stay at this beautiful Rio Dulce resort. It was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, and closely matched the description in the VRBO listing. This VRBO provided a beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, and most enjoyable stay in beautiful Rio Dulce, Guatemala, and if we're in the area again, we will definitely consider staying here again!"

"Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean. Area was beautiful"
