Amazing romantic stay good for families too

It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in and the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were amazing and very clean and comfortable. You can walk to the victoria falls which was incredible!! The views of the Zambezi from the room and grounds were stunning.

Great location and view of zambezi

Hotel in great location with giraffes and Zibras roaming the property grounds. Staff needs better training in hospitality and simply be nice to guests

The Royal Livingstone was a fantastic place to stay - the property was beautifully maintained and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant (breakfast is included), cocktails on the deck to watch the sunset over the Zambezi, high tea, the swimming pool, watching animals wander the property (giraffes and zebras, mostly) and the spa. We've stayed at luxury properties all over the world and would highly recommend the Royal Livingstone.

need to say that we failed with your service as we called for a buggy, it took 30 mins to pick us up to the lobby. We feel very sad with the less service when they have a lot of customers at the same time. However, overall quality of this hotel was very great. I were stunning with a very beautiful decoration from this hotel

The Chef and General Manager were very responsive.

We were received in a very nice manner. Everyone was helpful and the staff was knowledgeable. The Activities coordinator was able to answer all our questions and offer suggestions.

Location and design of hotel is feat. However, The front desk couldn't find our reservation despite presenting the voucher to them. It took more than 30 minutes for them to check us in. During check out, they wanted to charge us for the 2 nights we have already paid.

Great view and sunset

Roaches in the rooms , bathrooms , horrible shower , HW issues Clean rooms and comfortable beds Good food and staff very curtious

Good stay let down by lost property incident

Very nice hotel in a great location with free access to the falls. Hand massage at check-in and great room with nice view. Only let down was that we left some things behind and no-one at the hotel made the effort to let us know (Despite having our details) - it took us a few days to realise as we were travelling. OK, our fault, and I wouldn't expect a chain hotel to follow up with us, but at £400 ($600) a night, I think it's poor form for the hotel just to put stuff in lost property without making any effort to contact us

Completely amazing hotel in an ideal location

I loved my stay here. The building is gorgeous, the staff are excellent and the location is ideal. You can sit comfortably by the river, sipping a drink and watching the spray from the falls. There were zebras on the lawn and the whole experience was magical.
