This room leads directly to the outdoor swimming pool area. On the same floor, you'll find a bedroom equipped with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), along with a shower, toilet, and air conditioning unit. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four gas burners, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate toilet on this level.

The upper floor consists of two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), and another with two single beds (80 cm wide and 200 cm long).
