Villa Adalene with 60 m2 pool surrounded with greenery

Villa Adalene is a spacious holiday home for 8 - 10 people. It is located in a quiet village "Valtura", near Pula. The nearby Roman and Bronze Age "Nezakcij" archeological site is 650 meters from the house.

The city of Pula, with its 3,000 years of history and Roman monuments such as the Arena Amphitheater and the Temple of Augustus, is 9 km away.

A spacious courtyard of over 1,000 m2 and a private swimming pool of 60 m2 will provide all guests with the ultimate summer pleasure.

The covered porch features a large wooden table overlooking the pool, grill/fireplace, private toilet, and beverage fridge.

The house of 320 m2 is spread on the ground floor and 1st floor. The 4 bedrooms offer 3 double beds and 4 single beds, with a total of 10 sleeping places. Three bedrooms have a private bathroom.

3 bathrooms are equipped with showers and one bathroom with a whirlpool bath. Guests can use one washing machine.

The ground floor consists of one large and one small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining table.

4th bedroom is in a separate building near the villa, 5 m away from Villa Adalene. It has a private entrance.

Children's swings and a mini volleyball court will provide fun for the youngest guests.

Excellent Villa
We were very happy with our stay. The pool and outdoor sitting area are a great amenity for children and adults alike - as are the trampoline and table tennis facilities. Inside the villa is very clean and provides lots of space and very importantly effective and quiet air conditioning, with each room having its own remote controlled unit. There is plenty of room for parking and good security behind an electrically controlled gate. The location is a few kilometres from the airport, but it is not on the flight path. There is a small supermarket nearby, but Pula has all the usual bigger names. The hosts are very welcoming (complimentary cold drinks on arrival) and are always available to help. We highly recommend this villa as a base from which to enjoy this lovely part of the world.

Das Haus ist superschön und auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar entspannen. Der Pool und das Außengelände war sauber. Die Ausstattung ist in einem etwas älteren Stil gehalten, was aber nicht schlecht ist. Jetzt zu den Problemen: Die Erstausstattung ist nicht gut, es fehlten Geschiertücher, Spülmaschinentabs, Klopapier, Auflagen für die Liegen und ich hätte mir noch einen zweiten Lappen gewünscht. Die Duschen sind katastrophal, überall Schimmel und alle Düsen verkalkt, sodass kaum was raus kommt. Wir haben immer draußen geduscht, da diese halbwegs funktionierte.
