Was hoping for a full breakfast as we’ve found in other Best Western Plus hotels, but since COVID things at this hotel have changed.

We had a great time. Great location, close to things. Very clean, staff very friendly. I would have given 5 stars except for the bag grab n go breakfast. Fruit was not good, breakfast sandwich was fine, but would have much rather preferred a warm breakfast. Other hotels in the area had full breakfasts.

I’ve stayed here before cleaning is good. I just got really uncomfortable when I saw the mattresses by the trash cans. I just hope they are constantly checking for bedbugs and that they are on top of it. Not sure if I’d stay here again. The cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The furniture is super outdated.

We really enjoyed this day! It is close to Little Italy and San Diego. All of the staff was so nice and helpful. The hot tub was great in February. It is not a fancy hotel, and there was construction outside, but it was all good!

The property was basic but good for our needs. We just needed a place to stay for 3 days before our onward journey and this fit the bill perfectly. Nice small pool and jacuzzi which was great after a long flight from UK (3 flights altogether). Breakfast was a grab and go bag which I had never experienced before but it was ok I suppose. Staff were friendly enough and the hotel was very clean

Friendly staff, very nice. But room is not clean, dusty everywhere, TV has no sound until you pull out the power and put on ( have to do it everyday otherwise no sound). Good location, close to little Italy , easy to get food, walk to port.
