Great location for Liverpool match days! Literally 3 minute walk from door to stadium. House and room very nice and clean. Kitchen and self service breakfast really nice. Will definitely book again when going to see Liverpool play at home.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam

Room was not cleaned at all, floors completely unswept, stains on the chair and sofa. All the kitchen cupboards had been left wide open. And there was a stench of stale smoke in the room. Beds had the cheapest, most uncomfortable mattresses, and one of the beds had clearly been broken as there was a large dip in the middle, the bed wasn't made at all. They did try moving me to a different property, However that was without AC and was immediately above a busy loud bar that had the music coming through the floor, so much so that I could feel it. All in all, very unpleasant experience and unprofessional service. They were relatively quick to respond to my complaints, however were not able to find a solution that suited.

It was all good but it wasn’t brilliant. And I think picking holes in stuff is annoying but this seems the only way to feed back. Arrived early and had to work in lounge because I was flatly told I couldn’t have a room before 3pm. It was fine working there but noisy due to a function nearby. I wasn’t asked at any point if I wanted a drink or lunch which I had to walk up to the bar for. There can only have been 7 people in the lounge. The card machine repeatedly didn’t work. They tried three diff machines. Apparently it’s a regular problem. The loos are dark. Like dark dark. And bedroom clean but anodyne in decor. Very grey! Crazy small window for a purpose built building overlooking the river. And that brings me to the bathroom. Just weird layout. Toilet and shower on elevated plinth. Black tiles. Can’t mix the temp without getting wet. So I had bath. Taps in furthest corner. Why? And it was huge. If we’re saving the planet by reusing our towels why are we installing small garden pond sized baths??? All soap product locked down but I’m not sure I expected that is this brand. One pump didn’t work. And as for doing your make up in the bathroom? Forget it. Sink in front of mirror massive so you can’t physically get close enough to use it. No plug near the bedroom mirror so I had to dry my hair half hanging into the bathroom to use that mirror. Nice long lead in hairdryer. Slept brilliantly. But overall I think Mal have lost sight of total brand experience.
