We have stayed a few times now, the staff are always lovely and welcoming, and always make sure you have everything you need, the rooms can get abit hot but they came up and gave us a fan witch was a bonus, great location in the heart of Cardiff, lovely comfy beds, big rooms, and great views of the city itself, will always return to this hotel! I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay at Heathrow before or after a flight. It has a nice restaurant and separate bar area. The breakfast buffet had huge number of choices much better than the typical Hyatt Place buffet in the US. The room was clean and spacious with an electric kettle for tea or instant coffee. There is a hotel hopper bus that goes to the front of the hotel from the bus area at Heathrow Terminal 2. But it only runs hourly for 6.5 pounds. Uber was double that for a 10 minute ride.
