Welcome to your Lockport getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms come with queen beds. Gather in the stunning kitchen, showcasing a waterfall island with seating for three, stainless steel appliances, and a built-in wine fridge. Enjoy your morning brew at the fully stocked coffee nook with single-serve K-cups and a traditional carafe pot. Perfect for families or friends seeking comfort and style!  
The space  
Fully-equipped kitchen includes:  
  
▪ Stainless steel stove/oven/wine fridge/dishwasher & fridge  
▪ Coffee machine plus a variety of Keurig coffee pods, creamers, & sugars  
▪ Traditional carafe coffee maker  
▪ Essentials like a microwave & toaster  
▪ Assorted cookware and bakeware for homemade meals  
▪ Kitchen utensils & dishware/silverware  
  
Bathroom & Bedroom amenities include:  
  
▪ Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottle dispensers are complimentary.  
▪ Towels are available in both bathrooms.  
▪ The vanity mirrors are equipped with internal LED lights that change color temperature.  
▪ Every bedside nightstand is equipped with a charging cable with multi-connectors so guests can wake up to a fully charged phone every morning.

Adventurers, group couples, small/larger families, and friends seeking a peaceful retreat or a productive remote workspace. The layout is specially designed for comfort and convenience. Traveling professionals and corporate travelers with additional friends/partners will find this home to be perfect for longer stays.  
Guest access  
Guests have access to the entire home, except for the basement.  
Other things to note  
The coffee bar is fully stocked. The coffee maker makes regular carafe coffee, which you would have to bring your own ground coffee for. It also uses Keurig coffee pods, which we provide. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic necessary utensils needed to prepare and serve food. Guests have access to a hairdryer, vacuum, iron, ironing board, and clothes hangers.  
  
▪ The property sits on Archer Ave so there will be some road noise. The road noise can vary depending on time of day, local events, and season.  
▪ The back part of the yard is heavily wooded, so small wild animal sightings can happen (ie. bunnies, coyotes, racoons, bugs, mice, squirrels, toads, etc.).
