“We were in Jefferson for the Civil War Reenactment and this house was perfect for our stay. It was across the street from one of the reenactor encampment locations and a short, easy walk to the downtown area. Even though it was close to everything, it was quie6 and peaceful. The house is beautiful and plenty large enough for a fwmily. Check in, check out super easy. The owner is very quick to answer questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next year.”

It’s a quick drive to Jefferson, where we enjoyed walking around the town. We’d definitely stay here again. If you have a large family or group I highly recommend it. We did have some issues with the gas grill as it really needs to he replaced. Also, the batteries on the electric shades were out and we were unable to open the blinds in the master bedroom and one shade……

“The cabin was exactly like it was described. The room was clean and well decorated. The cabin was right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the water. We were going to go canoeing, but the canoes were too heavy (for females) to carry to the river. There is some traffic noise, but the view and atmosphere makes up for it. We would definitely go back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“I ended up staying with my friends at The Grand Harbor next door however, I did go through the cabin and found it to be super clean and inviting. All the necessities and amenities one would need were there. AC was working well cooling the place down. The view from the covered porch is amazing!!! Saw and heard so many birds which I love.
