The Redbud Cabin is located in the Hocking Hills in Logan, Ohio. It is 1800 square feet and sleeps 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has two covered decks with porch furniture, hot tub, indoor Jacuzzi tub in Master Bedroom, fire ring, gas and charcoal grills, fully stocked kitchen, free wifi, and gas fireplace in the living area. Located about 25-30 minutes from all the state parks (Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave, Cantwell Cliffs, Rock House, and Conkles Hollow) and about 6 miles from downtown Logan. One fishing pond is available for use that is stocked with Catfish, Bluegill, and Bass. No fishing license required. Just bring your own fishing gear. No Pets Allowed. Four wheel drive is recommended during winter months if we have snow. Firewood available to purchase for outdoor fire ring. Rates are based on the first 8 guests. Additional charges apply for any guest after 8\. Must be 25 years old to rent. You may not reserve for another party. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome! The cabin has everything you need - fully stocked and plenty bathrooms! The entire cabin was a perfect mixture of coziness for the common spaces and roomy enough for the bedrooms/private areas. Great cabin perfectly situated in Hocking Hills. Girls getaway and we so enjoyed the hot tub and gas fireplace. We were also able to talk a beautiful walk through the property. Can't say enough fabulous things about the cabin and hosts! Owner was amazing. Came down to show us the place and how certain things works (the fireplace for instance). Except for that brief encounter we were left on our own. We enjoyed the place so much! Our family of ten (three generations) spent three nights at this beautiful home for our first ever family vacation. It was a great experience! Homeowners promptly answered all of our many questions in detail. Our grandkids enjoyed going with Grandpa Bud to feed the horses. Even though it was hot (93!), we still enjoyed the hot tub and even squeezed in a fire and Smore's our last night there. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beautiful dining room table was large enough for us of us. Several of us had great conversations in the front porch rockers. The house is much larger in person. We all had beds and room to spread out. We really enjoyed the hot tub after hiking all day. We didnt get to use the firepit because it rained but it was very nice and two big picnic tables outside. We did use the gas grill. It was cleaned and full of propane. It is only a 25 minute ride to Old Mans Cave trail. And walmart is only 10 minutes away. If we come back to Hocking Hills we will be staying here again. It was very clean and cozy, well enough stocked kitchen, and great water pressure. Getting the heat to even out between the upstairs and downstairs was a bit tricky, but communication with the caretakers was amazing and one simple text helped us solve the issue. We were told that the wifi was spotty but we didn't have any issues with checking email during the day or streaming movies on our laptop at night (I'm sure the tv was fine, we just didn't feel like messing with it). Hot tub took a while to warm up because it has to be refilled after each visitor. Owners refunded some money for this and were very kind. The instructions to find the cabin were very detailed and accurate making it easy to find. Very spacious cabin and has space for a crowd.
