INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The main access is through a gate that opens onto an internal courtyard; up to two cars can be parked inside the covered coolbox. A few steps lead to the entrance of the villa embellished by a lovely garden and bean-shaped infinity pool with a four-seater hydromassage. From the swimming pool you can enjoy a brilliant view of the island of Tavolara. A comfortable seaview covered veranda allows guests to enjoy the outdoor spaces while enjoying a unique panoramic view.
Villa Kiki is equipped and furnished like a traditional sardinian home with a touch of modernity, its wooden furniture and beamed ceilings convey a feeling of welcoming comfort and warmth. The villa is ground level and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All rooms features air conditioning.
The seaview veranda allows access to the spacious living room equipped with flat screen TV with sofa, kitchenette with stove and large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooking utensils. The large windows display in the background the islands of Tavolara gulf, crystal clear and deep blue waters; early risers will be able to admire the first light of dawn coloring the majestic limestone rock with amber, children can play on the lawn in complete tranquility.
The covered veranda facing the sea is constantly ventilated and allow guests to stay there even during the hottest hours. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms: 2 suites with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined as a double) for a total of 8 sleeps. Another bathroom with shower is located near the rooms.
