The hotel manager took feedback very nicely. There was initially an issue with smell coming from the drains and toilet. They did something to fix that problem for me. Interior of the room was well maintained. The walls were thin though. During my visit, some other tourists were travelling in a large group and they were room hopping. I thought it was child screaming in the hall but it was a mature auntie screaming and talking loudly.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of everything. The room is larger than thought with two closets and huge working table. I was there before noon and was able to check in right away. It was only 300 metres to MTR and two minutes walk to K11. My room 1105 the heater not working though, turned it on and got cold air. They do not fix the bed but do change towels daily.

"The pool was great. The staff were happy to go out of their way for you. The view from the restaurant at the fabulously diverse buffet breakfast is spectacular. It took some time to get our bearings and it was a bit of a distance from the action of Hong Kong."
