“Det som trekker ned oppholdet var maten. Til frokost var Speileggene udelikate og dårlig stekt de kokte eggene var iskalde. Havregrøten var seig. Brødet var godt. Både 3 retters middag og buffe var veldig enkel og ikke spesiell smakfull. Sausen til fisken så ut som rømmegrøt , kjøttkakene og karbonadene var tørre og det fantes ingen ren kjøttrett. Et par gryter var ok. Potetene var vasne. På dessertborder var det fremsatt rød saus men ingen dessert å benytte den til. Ingen av de som...
