Wonderful hotel with an incredible leisure ctr with pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and gym; daily breakfast was fantastic and substantial. Mallow is a great, relaxing small town, but large enough to have plenty of groceries, shopping, a movie theater, restaurants and bars. Also has a neat series of walking trails around the city- all paved and flat. Train station is a 10-15 minute walk to hotel on paved sidewalks. Intercity bus stop is about 5 mins from hotel.
