Property has been nicely refurbished, staff were very nice, it was very clean. Paid quite a lot for the Saturday we stayed but nice man gave us 2 rooms for myself my daughter and friend (we had booked a triple). Great location close to tubes buses and market shops. No furniture to store clothes or dressing table and no mirror, shared bathroom really clean but shower head had no hook to put it on. Very creaking floor boards upstairs which kept me awake. Overall a nice little b&b. Parking a minute away free from 17:00 - 09:00 £1.70 1hr - £3.90 for 3 hrs no return after 3 hrs until after 17.00 well thats how I read the sign. I would stay again if i needed to.

Budget London stay
One overnight stay only. The place has recently been renovated, so everything is new and clean. It is sparse though, no chair or table(s). It's a bed in a room basically. The communal bathroom was nicely done (as it was new too), but inconvenient if otherwise occupied by another guest. More of a shared house than what I would call a hotel. The host was welcoming and pleasant.

Grrat loxation & less than 10 minutes wake to tube station. New property so some small snagging issues but nothing ajor just tighten a few screws. Could have also done with a mirror in the room.

Newly and beautifuly renovated with lots of natural lighting. Could do with little bedroom furniture like bedside tables and dressing table / chest of drawers but very good location and clean.

Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. But they weren't quite ready for guests and my room had no bedside tables, no chair nor hooks to hang a coat or towel. The shower hose in the bathroom had no rail so it was a tricky experience. The street was noisy all night so ear plugs are necessary!
