The area of "Cricklewood", did not seem like a safe area. I certainly didn't feel safe. The rooms were not very clean, and we found a couple bugs in our room. We asked to be moved, and they (reluctantly) agreed. They gave us a key for another room, which was OCCUPIED!! The people in there were not too happy to have us opening the door (there is no latch to secure the door). They finally found a room for us. I called expedia, to tell them that I am not comfortable here, not happy with this selection. They told me that they could do nothing for me. I spent one night here (of 4 booked nights). Then booked a hotel in another area...There is no tube station nearby here.

It was a very convenient spot, the food place’s surrounding them were amazing and so yummy. if there was a problem in the room the staff immediately took care of it!

The hotel is in a good loction to access both central and north west london, The hotel in areas needs some attention but on the whole for the price is ok. However I would recommend on check in ask if you have a connecting door in your room. Unfortunately I was assigned a room with a connecting door which was not an issue until late at night when the noise level of the next room prevented me from sleeping.

Best of a bad bunch of hotels in the area. Check in took 3 atremps as the first two rooms had issues. The bathroom shower was full of mould/limescale. The extractor fan didn't work. Thr room was not cleaned on one of the days. The tea/coffee supllies were not replaced. The gym wad gull of broken equipment and was not cleaned or attended to all week. The parking is extortionate at £19.95 per night. The pool is extenrwlly owned and guests cannot use it. All of the 'secure' doors for guests are left open so anybody can walk in. Thr location is horrible and the overall experience was terrible. I would rather stay in a travelodge and that says something.

Poor Room, Friendly Staff.
The air con unit did not work. We had to request pillows as they weren’t in the cupboard. There was no hairdryer. The shower head was not adjustable. The bed mattress was dead. The lighting was very poor (no main light) Phone in the room was faulty and didn’t connect. No nice restaurants around other than pricey, limited choice included.

I actually really liked this venue and wanted to come back and the room was cold, we had move rooms after it was beyond freezing, we didn’t get upgraded which was slightly frustrating given our second visit there, to be honest, given the inconvenience of 2am move, I think a refund or a free visit should be offered

My partner and I had booked an execute suite but it was a lot smaller. The staff were warm and welcoming when it came to changing the room. However, our new room smelt like damp but was generally clean besides the smell

We have stayed here a few times, and have received excellent service by the staff specially the last stay by Onkara Chaphekor who was excellent with his customer service and the way he helped us way beyond his service, knows how to treat customers and respects them. He was one of the reasons we came back. Great location to get in & out of central London, room was good & clean Also every staff member on this visit as well as previous provided excellent service.

The location was great. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside and the lobby area is pretty also. But when you go into the actual room, it's is not well maintained. The carpeting is old and stained as well as the bed bases. No exhaust system in the bathroom so there's mold on the ceiling as well as no bath mats were provided for a very slippery tub even though they stated that there would be. Nobody ever picked up the front desk phone when you called. The rooms weren't well cleaned everyday. They didn't vacuum daily and our bathroom sink was stopped up for most of our stay. One of the beds was broken. For the most part, the front desk staff was friendly but the management was lacking. They would listen to your complaints with a deaf ear but not do anything about it. Also, the bathroom in the lobby was dirty most of the time. This could be a wonderful hotel if more money was spent to maintain and upkeep it. As it is, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

The room and beds are spacious, but the window opens directly to the swimming pool, resulting in a strong chlorine smell and limited natural light. The carpets appear dirty, and upon settling, we discovered that the toilet had been used without being flushed.

I stayed here 12 months ago. It was a different hotel . It’s grubby unkept the phone was ripped out of the wall and I shared my floor with Asylum seekers whose kids were running around until the early hours . There was no heating a poor menu . I won’t be staying again

Only one pillow for each person, came in too late to request another(most hotels have spare in the cupboards), all the doors in the hotel are so loud so you are constantly being woken up by people opening and closing doors. The food was a very poor selection but it was nice the food we had. The service was terrible in the bar/ restaurant and we went in on a Friday night and the restaurant was empty. The bar staff are too busy chatting between themselves the serve anyone. Wouldn’t book again

Had a fantastic stay in this hotel for my partners birthday weekend, excellent service with and the food from the restaurant was very tasty. Would definitely recommend & 100% will be returning again when I next visit London :)

Dinner was very limited due to event happening on premises. Would be nice if you inform people staying there of those things. Checking was after 2 pm and we arrived after 3 and Room wasn't ready. Room was clean heating wasn't working and was scare use the plug in radiator for whole night and specially due to my young kids. Window was mouldy and couldn't be open. We have no toiletry in room after asking in reception was given just whatever she found. Staff in restaurant was amazing and helpful. Probably wouldnt stay there with kids.
