“Great Huts is now my favorite place to stay in my favorite parish, Portland. It was the most unique experience. A lot of thought placed in blending the manmade with the natural. Views from the cliffs are a feast for the eyes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special recognition to Chef Sammy!”

“The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic. The second thing I didn’t like was that while the property boasted about having a pool, it was only when me and my family arrived we were informed that the pool wasn’t working due to not filtering properly. “Even though there were some mixup with the booking thru VRBO, and spotty gps, which caused some initial inconveniences. The beautiful settings, comfortable room and Sangela's attentiveness, made it a very pleasant stay!”

“Before we even set out Rosie made sure to send us exceptionally accurate directions and a warning that the road was a bit rough which didn't phase us in the slightest. We were greeted at the entrance by Mr Blake and was able to easily park our van. Honestly he gave us a complimentary beer and we all sat talking for hours. He gave us directions to a lovely local restaurant and later on we slept really well. We had a complimentary coffe in the morning before heading out. Definitely will be……
