The property manager was very polite and sorted any issue I had very quickly and efficiently and even allowed us an extra 30 minutes to check out which my family are very grateful for. “Generally ok - there weren't breakfast goods as suggested in listing and sofabed wasn't made up as I'd requested. Tv control had been mislaid (?by previuos guest?) so we couldn't watch it. Although there were lots of games and owner was very apologetic and did try to sort it on night 1.Really convenient for Harry Potter tour - free bus is a 15 min walk away, as is the train station.”
