When we went to our room it was clear straight away that it hadn’t been cleaned correctly. When getting into bed we rolled into the middle as the bed was broken. When I asked to be changed they said the hotel was full and the only room was a twin room witch was not what we booked as my wife needs a disabled room. We were then told that’s all they have and we should report it in the morning with no thoughts of how my disabled wife would sleep. I had to put all my pillows along the middle of the bed to stop her rolling over while I slept along the bottom of the bed. I did mention this at reception in the morning, but all they said was sorry nothing was done. Not acceptable when they claim to have accessible rooms that are not fit for use. And if this wasn’t enough when I tried to turn the mattress to see if it would help the protection cover was full of stains and pubic hairs again Not acceptable.
