“First and foremost a stunning view, from a reasonably sized apartment with a small second bedroom, nice wooden ceilings, two decently sized balconies, with a small garden. Friendly host who is not always present on the property. Giulio gave us delicious figs from the tree! On the downside, no AC, in sunny and hot weather (daytime highs were 36 Č) it gets very hot because directly under roof, therefore windows wide open out of necessity. No screens on doors or windows to protect from the many……

“We have enjoyed our stay very much. The communication with Mr. Burger was great and quick. The apartment is of high quality and lovingly furnished and was very clean. From the large terrace you have a great view of the lake. There was also extensive information material about the apartment and the surrounding area as well as basic cooking ingredients (spices, oil).”

“Region Iseo See super! Ortschaft toll, Lage des Objekts oberhalb des Ortskerns ok. Preis daher ok. FeWo leider nur wenig gereinigt. Küche und Bad selbst noch einmal geputzt. Alte Küche stinkt im Spülenbereich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ok. Kommunikation mit Anbieter gut. Fenster, Zimmerecken und Spiegel schmutzig. Verbrauchtes Geschirr und Besteck. Alter Gasdurchlauferhitzer, daher wenig Warmwasserdruck an den Zapfstellen. Katzen und Hühner auf Anwesen. Alte Möbel.”

“We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍”

“Wir waren mit 6 Personen, davon zwei Kinder in der ersten Septemberwoche zu Gast in der Villa Gaia. Das ganze Anwesen war noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Vom aller feinsten. Großes Wohnzimmer und Küche. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Das beste aber war der riesige Garten. Hier gab es einen großen Pool ( ist in Wirklichkeit größer als auf den Bildern). Tischtennis Platte und den großen Garten mit vielen Oliven……

Which was a welcome surprise for our stay! The super efficient air conditioning was perfect to keep us and our 2 dogs nice and cool. Would recommend for a visit to a fantastic spot on Lake Iseo.”
