"The apartment was perfect for the four of us! It had everything we needed. We had never skied Seiser Alm on the Kastelruth side it was awesome!! Free parking, and not as stressful as Sankt Ulrich! "It is a wonderful hotel with amazing views and accommodating staff. I am a wheelchair user who stayed at the suite (the only wheelchair-accessible option at the hotel). The suite is very spacious but not fully accessible. The shower is very small and hard to transfer into from a wheelchair. The sinks aren’t floating, so I couldn’t roll under them; it was very challenging to use. The balconies aren’t accessible as well.
