“The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner himself is a wonderful person who clearly works very hard. The view was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was also very good, with excellent service, quality food, and fair prices. The bed was comfortable, although it made some noise. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors talking and using the bathroom, but it was still tolerable. Overall, the positives far……

“We required a room with 2 beds which we received, but it was on the attic floor, 3 flights up with steeply sloping ceiling. There is an elevator for part of the trip up/down. The beds were twin size and extremely firm. Other than that, the building, grounds, and staff were excellent. The included breakfast was wonderful. We ate at the property one night. Best food in the area!!! Location has a bus stop out front, but is easy walking distance to the Seiser Alm Gondola station. Would stay……

“Really pleasant and helpful staff. Arrived at 1100 and asked to leave our bags somewhere and were told our room was already ready and we could check in. Rooms really spacious and welcoming with a bit of antique touch. Hotel right in the centre so convenient for pretty much everything. Nice bar, with outside seating and lots of shade. Only downside is there looked to be limited breakfast options (but plenty options close by) and no coffee in the room, but all in all an excellent stay.”
