Well the parking was good. We arrived late and it took 2 rings of the bell to get someone to check us in, bed was okay. Ceiling were cracked and flaking, no real toiletry items, BR tissue was rough line sand paper, TV didn’t work or it was the remote who knows! Will not stay there again.

Shower was terrible. Water pressure was very weak, leaking faucet, water not heated very much at all. Floor was not carpeted in sleeping area, and sticky. Coffee was there, but no sugar, creamer or any other items needed for drinkers of other than black coffee. Very small towels.

Nice and very clean. The guy from the front desk came down to fix the TV. I had a dead remote. The refrigerator kept our ice cream frozen. The bed was great. I slept through the night. I normally get up around 3AM when not sleeping at home. The shower hot water was not as hot as the sink water, but I am sure that is set so you don't scald yourself. It was worth every penny.

The air conditioner was wonderful. I paid a little extra for early check-in, and it was worth it. The room has no carpeting, which really works for me with allergies. Everything else was either new, refreshed, or renewed. The sheets were wonderful, and there were plenty of towels. I was able to park just at the door to my room, which was very helpful to me, a single woman over 80 years, who still drives and travels alone. The staff was more than helpful.

We could park right outside the door of our room, so we felt very safe. The air conditioner worked perfectly and was not noisy at all. The TV and refridgerator worked perfetly also. No problems witb our room whatsoever.

Everything was clean and neat in our room. The ac/heater was very comfortable and worked properly as did the T.V. and refrigerator. They have a few cosmetic problems in the room that did not take away from the room being comfortable. Good stay!

The room was very clean and quiet. The lobby staff courteous at check in. The only thing that could have been better is to have the lobby open earlier in the morning for some good coffee.
