I really like this hotel. It is always clean and everything in the rooms works. No clog drains unlike other hotels I have been to in this area. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room however it is inconvenient to go downstairs to use the microwave

Booked a double queen for my husband, minor daughter and I. We get to the hotel to check in and they over sold on the double queens and gave us two separate rooms. We all three ended up sleeping in one bed. Not a comfortable night at all. Hotel said nothing they could do since I booked third party. Very disappointed.

The desk staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. I had a housekeeper enter my room while i was undressed without knocking. The room smelled of smoke even though hotel was "non smoking". The pull down shade was broken. Other than that, it was great
