Early check-in requests and late check out requests will be subject to approval.

It is for free so long as we get confirmation from the cleaners and we have no back to back bookings.

Guests will have to sign a rental agreement with us and will undergo background check and credit check as an additional requirement.

Mid-stay Clean 🧹🧹🧹
- Only a starter kit is provided to the guests in terms of essentials. If you’ll need me more, it’ll have to be at your expense.
- We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit.

- If you ever left an item behind and have requested to have it shipped, we will have to charge a $50 convenience fee + whatever is the shipping cost.

- For any requests such as an air mattress or Pack 'n Play, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This will allow us to adequately prepare for your arrival. - Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as “servicing the pool”, "taking out the trash", "watering the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.

- Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
