The service was great and accommodating. The room itself could use some upgrades. One of the light switches didn’t work and we had to walk over to our side table light to illuminate the room. Overall, good place to stay.

Had to request twice to get a bath towel. Shower drain is backed up all the way. Room has very very dim lighting, so dark it’s impossible to do any packing. Also has no alternate portable lighting option when asked for a lamp. No microwave in the room. Cost $10 to add one when this is standard in a lot of other hotels.

I have stayed in this hotel for many times, it’s my favorite hotel in LA, a lot of Chinese neighborhoods, you can find many great Chinese restaurants nearby. The beds are very comfortable, the room is also nice and clean.
