We require a copy of each guest government ID when booking within 24 hours. No loud music/noise past 11:00 p.m. No EV charging.

Place all trash in bins outside of garage before check out. If staying on a Sunday night, place all trash bins on curve for Monday AM trash pick up.

There is a studio that is attached to the back of the house that you cannot access and has a private entrance that is occupied by 1 female student.
