Rooms are great but staff didn’t clean our room no even once in our 8 day stay, and half off the time of our stay the elevator was down, we had to carry stuff up to the 3rd floor using the stairs.

Booked for 5, not enough beds, had to ho buy a bed. Sticky floor, not enough towels, dirty, staff on phones too busy to respond. TOO many more things to list. Don’t book!!!! Really bad experience!!!!

They did not have our room ready at check in. It was not ready until 7:00 pm. Hotel is out dated and need a good remodel and cleanings. Staff are typical rude young adults.

The hotel was decent, but a little overpriced, the hot water did not work, and the hotel seemed a little shabby. I paid $135 but it wasn’t worth a nickel over $79.
