  • Our Cabo condo is located right on the beach of Costa Azul in the La Jolla de Los Cabos condo complex in San Jose del Cabo. The condo is only twenty minutes from Los Cabos International Airport and just another twenty minutes to the town of Cabo San Lucas. The comfortable and newly remodeled condo is situated in a mature and quiet setting, in what we believe is the best area in all of Los Cabos. This beautifully landscaped complex sits on a long beach that fronts the Sea of Cortez.

    Just a short walk along the beach from the condo is Zippers, one of the hottest surf spots in Baja. At Zippers there are surfboard rentals and lessons available, as well as a great restaurant and bar. At various times of the year you can sit on the beach and watch the whales just off shore. Our condo is conveniently located within walking distance of beach restaurants, a large shopping center (Mega) for groceries and other needs, and most importantly just steps from the sand and surf. The complex is beautifully maintained, with two pools surrounded by palms.

    The town of San Jose del Cabo has many small shops and restaurants and is just minutes away. San Jose is an old Mexican colonial town with a more authentic, easy going, and slower paced atmosphere than Cabo San Lucas.

Great unit! Great communication with owner! Staying here was like staying at a friend’s home. Everything you need is onsite. Walkable to many great restaurants and beautiful view of ocean.

This place was perfect for our beach getaway. Right on the beach. Beautifully decorated. Clean. Kitchen well stocked. Prefer this location in San Jose as it is much quieter than Cabo San Lucas. Also felt safe and secure. View from porch was amazing!Will plan to stay again for sure.

Everything we needed

The property was very well equipped. It was perfect for the two of us. Lots of room. While not right on the beach the view of the ocean was not obstructed. Loved watching the whales as the sun came up. While a bit too far to walk downtown there were lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We had a car rental and were generally able to park close to the entrance. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful!

Nancy’s condo at La Jolla was perfect for me and my husband. Beautiful view and grounds. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Friendly people. Relaxing vibe. Many nice amenities within Nancy’s condo that made us feel right at home. Highlights of our time: Sunrise views, baby sea turtles on the beach, and fish tacos at Mama Mia’s. Hoping to return and stay here again. Thanks Nancy!

Beautiful Place! And amazing views.

This unit is a gem! Accessing everything was very smooth and instructions were clear. The unit has everything you could possible need (I.e a blender, a juicer, lots of towels, etc). I couldn’t find anything missing that I might want. It was also immaculate and the views were incredible. Steps away from the pool and the beach. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back and stay there.

We loved the views, Sunrises especially. The room was very comfy and the pools were great especially the pool bar! What We didn't like was the hidden cleaning fee we were told to pay 3 days before arrival after we thought Our total was paid and the cancellation period ended. The owner emailed Us saying we NEED to leave 45.00 dollars plus 20 percent tip in pesos for the maid. I have never experienced hidden fees when booking through Expedia. Upon departure the groundskeeper stopped and asked Me if I paid the 55.00 cleaning fee. I told Him I was told to pay 45.00 and nobody tells Me how much to tip although i did leave a nice tip as I always do

the view in the photo was spot on. to be able to watch the sunrise was wonderful...to hear the waves crashing , therapeutic ....to have our tea/coffee on the patio every morning, second to none!!! the pool for the property was lovely!!!! the whole condo was great...well equipped and a great mexican vibe!!!!! comfy bed!!!!!!! our host was easy to communicate with start to finish!!!!! would go back in a heartbeat!!!!! 3

We loved the location. We were within walking distance of 3 restaurants with great food. The condo was very clean with lots of space and well equipped with a full kitchen and beach items like towels, umbrella and folding chairs. We were close by the pool where we could swim and sit by the pool. We even saw a whale from our balcony. This area of the beach offered many sightings of stingrays and lots of surfers. We plan to visit again.

Will stay again

We are a couple that chose the property for proximity to surfable waves. Loved the kitchen for cooking our own meals and patio with ocean views. Nancy really went above and beyond to make us feel at home during our stay. Much better experience than staying at a hotel/resort!

Perfect Getaway

What a wonderful vacation! This was a quick last minute getaway for just me and 2 of my children. Nancy's condo was just perfect for us and the location was amazing. Easy walking distance from restaurants, groceries and delicious ice cream! We had a wonderful time just hanging out on the beach and then the pool when we got a little too warm. This was our first time in San Jose del Cabo and we will definately be back. The weather is absolutely perfect - no humidity, warm during the day, cool at night! We didn't even need the air conditioner because the breeze from the ocean and the fans were enough. Nancy was a wonderful host, very available and informative. I was nervous about finding a place to get a Covid test to return to the states, but that turned out to be an easy process to complete. Thanks for a great stay!

Love this condo. Suits our needs. Great location. Second time renting here. Had to cut our trip short this year because of Covid19, but we were refunded for the days we did not stay.

Amazing Holiday!

Our three week trip to San Jose del Cabo was amazing. The condo was perfect for our stay, being well equipped and comfortable. Nancy ensured that any questions were clearly answered and was kind enough to offer suggestions for restaurants, activities and excursions. We truly felt at home during our stay.
