What I can comment on is the staff that was willingly happy to help correct the issue with Expedia. "We were welcomed by a very pleasant receptionist. She explained everything and gave us advice on visiting the town. The pool’s surface looked dirty, but to be honest, I didn’t examine it up close, and I never had any intention of swimming during our stay."
