They had put me in an awful attic room with black mold .I left after 3 days because it was the only space with Ac I found this wonderful hotel and their staff could not have been nicer They spoke english,made me appointments,helped me find an agency to complain to. "Un séjour inoubliable dans ce petit coin de paradis tout près de Niort, marais poitevins, la Rochelle et l Ile de Ré. Le gite était très propre, très bien équipé. L intèrieur est très agréable, decoré avec beaucoup de goût (accès PMR au besoin), l extèrieur très joli, avec piscine, terrain de pétanque, trampoline et mention spéciale pour le SPA, superbe! L accueil des propriétaires a été parfait, de la réservation au départ, disponibles tout en restant discrets, d une grande gentillesse, très accueillants, d excellents conseils. En résumé, nous conseillons à toutes personnes souhaitant passer un excellent séjour avec tout le confort nécessaire, dans un environnement à la fois calme et proche de beaux coins de France, de se rendre au gite Marigny Sud.Un grand merci à vous Stéphanie et Fabien"

The pool was absolutely fantastic and was the highlight of our stay – perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together as a family. The location was peaceful, and everything was exactly as described.Emma was an exceptional host from start to finish. Her communication was excellent throughout, she was always quick to respond, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. She was incredibly kind, understanding and supportive, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. Her thoughtfulness and flexibility made such a positive difference to our holiday and were greatly appreciated.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend both the villa and Emma as a host. "This is essentially a commercial hotel attached to a transport restaurant. Five star luxury it is not but my wife and I loved it. The room was clean, well decorated and stylish. The shower worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife felt a little out of place amongst all the lorry drivers but they were all very nice and one very large one carried both of my suitcase up stairs for me. Wonderful when you are 80. Breakfast was served outside. It was lovely. It is in a small, very French, town and the parking is easy. 24 hr access with a door code. Nothing to complain about at all."
