Well, when Phil told me that to check out all we had to do was leave the keys on the table, that's it, it was very refreshing. Great place to stay with the whole family and enjoy Limestone's quality of life including extensive network of ATV/snowmobile trails and abundance of natural beauty. The access trail to I.T.S. 81 is only 2 houses east of the rental. The access trial is maybe 1/4 of a mile to 81\. The Limestone Snowhawks Club/Groomer is 250 yards west from the trail entrance of 81 with 24hr gas another 250 yards west. The town grocery store is between the gas station & clubhouse. The parking was tight but very do able for our group. We used the room with the wood burner & entrance door to hang all of our snowmobile clothing & gear. The home was well appointed and Phillip was very accommodating while being very responsive to our questions.
