The coffee machine in my room was missing a part, so I couldn't make coffee. I asked the front desk for help, but unfortunately there was no solution. The response I received was simply, “I don't understand coffee machines.”
I also found that shampoo, soap, and other basic bathroom essentials were missing from the room, and I had to walk to the front desk to ask for them.
Overall, it seemed there was a lack of attention to basic room preparation and maintenance. These are small things, but they make a big difference in a guest's experience. The hotel could definitely benefit from better attention to detail and making sure rooms are properly checked before guests arrive.
