We loved the location to Roswell and Carlsbad Caverns. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The only bad part was the pools close early and open late, then the water slides are closed Tues/Wed due to short staff. If you don't care about the pools then there are no issues there. We would def stay here again if coming back to the caverns.

Rooms were buggy because you can turn off porch light and bugs congregate around and on door. When you open, room gets full. Also, laundry wasn’t fully working, but it was free. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Be mindful of the directions when using maps. It routed us an hour out of the way thru a dark, isolated canyon with no wifi. Once we backtracked out of the canyon, the owner sent me her location and we found it. She is concerned and will get with tech to fix that. She checked us in with our late night arrival. The key card worked but didn’t open the door. Someone else came to assist us. Still couldn’t get the door to open with the card. We only stayed one night and the room was perfect for a short overnight stay. It was VERY cold, actually too cold so make an adjustment. Hot water and shower pressure was great. TV turned on but remote didn’t work. Bed was ok but comfortable enough. Towels were nice. The owner made us a small snack for breakfast but we wanted to try the burritos we had read about in the reviews. The price and accommodation was a great value. We were 30 minutes from Carlsbad caverns so it was an easy drive in the morning. That was convenient and why we chose this Inn for a short night .
