5/5 Excellent
"Our room was very nice…good view! It was a little tight for my husband and I and 2 teenage girls, but very nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful! "

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, friendly and outstanding. The rooms were great and served their purpose. I will say they were not the cleanest, most up to date or fancy. However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways. Overall, great experience and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in NYC again. "
